Each item is handmade and made to order and is typically dispatched within 1-5 business days.

All items are shipped via Royal Mail. 

UK orders are sent via 1st Class, with a delivery time of 1-2 business days.

International orders are sent via International Tracked & Signed, with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 weeks.

If you require a faster delivery service, please get in touch and I will do my best to find an alternative. Please note, there may be additional charges.

If there is a problem with your order or you no longer require the item, please let me know as soon as possible.

Returns can be requested up to 14 days from receiving your order. Items must be in the same condition as received, unused and in original packaging.

Your return postage will be your responsibility and it is recommended that you use a tracked service.

Every piece of jewellery is made with care from precious metal alloys and natural gemstones. Following these instructions can make your jewellery last a lifetime:

-Always protect your jewellery from sharp blows, scratching, chemicals, sunlight and heat/cold.

-Store your jewellery in a soft lined box or pouch keeping pieces apart so they don't rub together.

-Your jewellery will age and tarnish naturally so if you want to keep your pieces in pristine condition, clean your jewellery regularly, using a professional jewellery cleaning product.

-Never go swimming wearing your jewellery, chlorine in swimming pools can cause damage to all metals.

-Avoid wearing while cleaning, gardening or performing sports activities.
